Heerlijk zuur bier van Pohjala uit Estland. Waar sommige Sours te zuur zijn gemaakt waardoor de balans ver te zoeken is, heeft de Estse brouwer genoeg biersmaak weten te behouden waardoor deze topper wel erg makkelijk weg drinkt.

Pohjala omschrijft dit bier als:
7.5% Imperial Gose  An Imperial Gose brewed with rhubarb, rosemary, and Himalayan pink salt.

Taste: Sweet creamy rhubarb mixes with a subtle touch of fragrant rosemary, layered on a rich base of toasty malts before being joined by a complex, riesling-like minerality. Providing a refreshing salinity before fruity, floral hops join in all washed down by a crisp, zesty acidity.

Appearance: A pink-hued burnt orange with a brief off-white head. Nose: Stewed rhubarb crumble mixed with freshly zested orange and rosemary from your herb garden jumps out first with notes of floral acidity and a faint suggestion of orange blossom honey leading you in and reminding you of rhubarb season and the larder full of rhubarb compote that follows.
